Hello, Amazing mom!
I’m so glad you’re here! Let me share a little bit of my journey with you. A few years ago, I stepped into the beautiful chaos of motherhood and found myself in awe of the joy it brought—but also surprised by how lost I felt.
I poured my heart into being the best mom I could be, but somewhere along the way, I stopped prioritizing the things that made me ME. Simple goals felt overwhelming. I second-guessed myself constantly. I longed to achieve, to be seen, and to grow—without sacrificing the family time I treasured so much. For a while, I told myself, “There’ll be time for that later.” But deep down, I knew I couldn’t wait. I needed to reclaim my sense of direction now—not just for me
but for my family, too.
As a scientist with a PhD in molecular pathology and a career in biomedical consulting, I’ve always been passionate about problem-solving and critical thinking. So, I turned those skills inward and applied the same proven frameworks I use in my research and consulting work to tackle the mental and practical obstacles holding me back.
And the result? I found a way to craft a life that fits my goals and my family’s needs. Now, I’m not just “mom.” I’m a mom who consults, works from home, runs a business, homeschools, podcasts, gardens, and even makes time for running (the exercise kind and the chasing-kids kind)!
If you’ve ever felt lost in the whirlwind of motherhood—struggling to make time for yourself while giving your best to your family—I see you. And I’m here to help you rediscover your spark and craft a life you love and excel at.
Welcome to Solve for Mom—where motherhood and self-fulfillment go hand in hand!
Nurture our children’s nurturers.
Moms are leaders, teachers, supporters, guides, and nurturers for the next generation.
I believe Moms can continue to fill these important societal roles while retaining their own identity, personal life goals, and mental health. It's time to nurture the skills, interests, and passions of our nurturers.
Moms that live their fullest selves are the models for our Children to reach their fullest potential.
I envision a world where life crafting is a routine part of motherhood.
